Begin with the raw material
A CNC stirrup bender and a rebar bending center may both bend reinforcing steel, but they should not be treated as interchangeable machines. Start with the material entering the process. A coil-fed system may straighten and feed material before making stirrups, while a straight-bar bending arrangement starts from prepared lengths.
