1. Equipped with a threading mechanism, driven by a servo motor, the threading is simple, fast, and labor-intensive.
2. The rollers are designed with double lines and made of alloy steel. The heat treatment process is scientifically rigorous and durable.
3. Adopting the principle of curve straightening, the main driving wheel is equipped with knurling, and the contact area between the processed steel bars and the driving wheel is large, which is not easy to slip and can also prevent the steel bars from twisting.
4. The main driving wheel is compressed by an oil cylinder, which is easy to operate. A spring mechanism is installed at the joint of the oil cylinder, which can achieve flexible compression under the driving state of the steel bar.
5. The fixed installation plate of the roller is an integral welded component, which undergoes aging treatment after welding and has good rigidity, ensuring the installation accuracy of the roller.
6. The fixed shafts of the horizontal and vertical straightening wheels are designed with hollow shafts and can be adjusted separately.
7. Hydraulic driven shearing is used, with high shear force and small space occupation for stability.
8. Set the encoder roller to ensure wire feeding accuracy.
9. The bending mold and bending head adopt the overall casting steel process, which has good integrity and sufficient rigidity.
10. The lubricating oil adopts a centralized oil supply system to avoid the disadvantage of separately injecting oil into key parts.
11. The air compressor is equipped with an accumulator and cooling system to ensure continuous operation.
