Treat wire mode as a configuration question
Single-wire and double-wire stirrup bending describe different feeding arrangements. Processing two wires together can be relevant to repeated jobs, but suitability depends on the exact machine configuration and the approved material range. Ask Haihui to identify the available operating modes for the offered model instead of applying one mode’s diameter limits to the other.
Check the material supply arrangement
Describe the coils, material grade and diameters you intend to use. For a proposed double-wire application, discuss how the two supplies will be positioned and controlled and how consistent feeding will be maintained. Include stock loading and replenishment in the workflow discussion. A machine demonstration should clearly show which mode is running and the material being used.
Measure the result as well as the cycle
For a comparative trial, agree on the same drawing and inspection method. Inspect the finished output from both wires and record rejected pieces or interruptions. Count usable stirrups rather than equating a two-wire setup with a guaranteed doubling of shift output. Changeover, loading and collection time may change the practical result.
Choose by the real job mix
A workshop with repeated identical shapes may have different priorities from one handling many short batches. List your frequent diameters and typical batch quantities, then ask which configuration fits that mix.
