Define what is being counted
An automatic CNC rebar bending machine output figure needs a clear counting method. State whether the figure means pieces, cycles or another measure. In double-wire production, clarify how finished parts are counted. Also identify the material and stirrup shape used for the trial.
A short run of one simple shape is useful evidence for that job. It does not automatically predict a shift containing several diameters and drawings. Ask the manufacturer to provide the conditions behind any quoted production figure.
Separate cycle time from available production time
